Cancellation Policy
Nobody likes a no-show. When appointments are forgotten or cancelled close to the scheduled time, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that slot and other clients miss out. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, appointment-booking through Boulevard is subject to the following terms:
24 hours or more
before appointment: You may cancel or modify your appointment for FREE!
Less than 12 hours
before appointment: You may be charged $50. Please call or text the office to reschedule your appointment.
No-Show or uncanceled
at time of appointment: You may be charged $100.
Appointments booked within the 15-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy. As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent by email 24 hours in advance and by mobile text message 24 hours in advance to the contact information given at time of booking. Failure to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.
